Sustained Support Beyond the Job
Our commitment continues long after you are hired, with a minimum of six months of job coaching and retention support. You also gain access to the alumni-led GROWth Circle, a powerful peer network that provides ongoing encouragement, community events, and mentorship for long-term success.
Your Journey: How GROW Works

Our team provides friendly, one-on-one support wherever you feel most at ease. Together, we help you build stability, grow your confidence and skills, and feel better prepared for employment.
We sit down with you to explore your goals and needs, then create a personalized plan that sets you up for success.

From digital and communication skills to job-search skills and industry certificates, together we’ll help you gain the knowledge that moves you forward.
We match you with an employer in your field of interest so you can practice your skills in a real work setting, but in a low pressure, supportive environment. You’ll receive wage-like financial support to acknowledge your contributions and hard work.
We help you move toward meaningful, paid work by connecting you with hiring employers and supporting you through the application process. Once you’re hired, we stay by your side for six months to help you settle in, navigate any challenges, and celebrate your achievements.
You’ll have access to a Peer Mentor with lived experience who can walk alongside you - offering support and encouragement throughout your journey.
